Sizing Your Nails
Accurate sizing is essential for the best fit and wear. Please refer to the sizing guide or order a sizing kit before purchasing. If any measurements appear unusual, I may contact you by email to verify your sizes before beginning production.
Processing Time
Each set is hand-painted and made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days for production before your order ships. During busy periods, processing times may occasionally be extended.
Shipping & Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracked shipping. Once your package has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Please take the time to carefully measure your nails before placing your order. I provide a sizing guide and offer sizing kits to help ensure the best possible fit. I cannot be held responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted at checkout.
If any of the sizes submitted appear unusual or inconsistent, I may contact you by email to verify your measurements before beginning production. To avoid delays, please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam/junk folder) during the week following your order.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an error on my part, or if you experience any issues with your set, don't hesitate to get in touch with me within 7 days of delivery. I am committed to providing the best experience possible and will do my best to find a fair solution on a case-by-case basis.
All orders are carefully inspected before shipment and are sent with tracked shipping. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
